Let's take a look around Georgia today and start in Thunderbolt which was just five miles from Savannah in 1910. This is a Hugh C. Leighton 1910 postcard of the Thunderbolt Casino which was famous for its fish and oysters.

The next stop is a 1930s real photo postcard of the Georgia Fisheries at Summerville Georgia and shows the rearing pond and troughs.

Our last stop is the new swimming pool at Indian Springs Georgia which was and is now a Georgia State Park. This is a 1940 Curt Teich linen postcard which says that the park is served by Greyhound buses and the Southern Railroad. All of these post cards are available in my Georgia listings along with an additional 10,000 postcards on my website at Moody's Postcards.

CATCH POSTCARD FEVER!! See the world in a fun and economical way.
